Local Artist(s) in Residence with Dance Initiative at The Launchpad
Application deadline is December 15

The 2024 application is open! If you or your dance company would like to be supported by Dance Initiative, consider applying by clicking below. Applications are due by midnight of December 15th, 2023.

The goal of this residency is to support a local dancer or dance company that is in need of studio space and networking to further their creative endeavors. We are looking for dancers who want to engage with our community, who are flexible when it comes to using a shared studio space (The Launchpad can get busy and sometimes loud), who want to share their craft, who are low-ish maintenance (we don’t have a lot of staff time to offer things beyond what is offered below), and who are pushing their dance efforts to the next level. The residency time cannot be used to generate income, i.e., teaching income-producing classes, etc.
