Affordable Housing for Creatives Takes First Step  

The Town of Carbondale and the Carbondale Creative District are taking the first steps towards an Affordable Housing project in Carbondale with a Needs Assessment and Market Study. The town has procured an administrative grant from the Department of Local Affairs(DOLA) and The Town, with help from the Carbondale Creative District, will cover the rest. The Needs Assessment will take place in the late fall and will be conducted by Art Space. Stay tuned for more information.
