"We are blessed to have the classical yogic scriptures shared and unpacked by such a skilled and accessible teacher." Alya Howe

Ramji comes from an impeccable lineage (Swami Chinmayananda, Swami Dayananda & Swami Abhedananda). Endowed with over 50 years of experience in this age old tradition, Ramji unveils the teachings with clarity, candor and humor. He has become one of Vedanta’s most profound voices in the East & West.

What is Vedanta? Teachings from the Vedas (Upanishads), an ancient text from the Indian continent, dating back more than 5,000 years. The truths shared through Vedanta, which are the foundation of yoga, reveal our divine nature and the oneness of existence. According to Vedanta, we can realize our essential nature though: action (karma) yoga, meditation (upasana) yoga, devotion (bhakti) and knowledge (jnana) yoga.

MONTH TWO: BHAKTI (LOVE & DEVOTION) (June 6th - 24th)

Perhaps there is no greater cause of suffering than the need to love and be loved. Suggested Reading: The Yoga of Love, by James Swartz.

MONTH THREE: JNANA YOGA (SELF INQUIRY) (July 5th - 22nd)

Like the knowledge of karma, which is gained through yoga, the knowledge of the Self is gained through Vedanta, the path of self-inquiry, that culminates in non-dual vision which is non-separate from non-dual love. Vedanta is a systematic means of inquiry into three topics: (1) the world (2) the person that experiences the world and (3) the unseen factors that control the behavior of the world and impact unknowingly on the individual.
